Signing in
Suite LS071E is the shared calendar for Kevin and Donnie's suite at Raymond James Stadium. It tracks who has each event, who is coming, tickets, parking, catering and money. Everything saves automatically and updates live for everyone who has the page open.
Signing in with your phone
Go to suite.kevinhancock.com .
On the Sign in tab, type your cell number and tap Text me a code .
Enter the 6-digit code from the text and tap Sign in . Typed the wrong number? Tap Use a different number .
Your number has to be on the suite's access list first. If you see No access yet , ask Kevin to add you, then sign in again.
Staying signed in
You stay signed in on that device until you tap Sign out at the top of the page. On a shared computer, sign out when you're done.
Schedule PINs and share links
Someone given a 5-digit schedule PIN uses the I have a PIN tab instead. A share link opens straight to what it shows, with no sign-in. Both are view-only and show event details, never contact info, payments or parking.
Roles and what you can see
The chip at the top right of the page shows who you're signed in as and your role.
Role Who What they can do
Suite Owner Kevin, Donnie Sees every event and both owners' guest lists. Requests and approves events, manages their own guests and parking, orders stadium tickets, keeps a private guest book and accounting, and creates share links.
Super Admin An owner with extra rights (Kevin) Everything a Suite Owner can do, plus approve any request with an admin override, manage who has access, and preview the page as another role.
Suite Manager Suite staff or assistant Sees every event and both guest lists, including who has paid. Can set catering, ticket prices and view stadium tickets. Can't change who has an event.
VIP Guest Close guests Sees Kevin's events and events open to request, with event details and guest names.
Guest Everyone else Sees only events where they're on a guest list, with event details and guest names. Sees their own parking pass if one is assigned to them.
Guests and VIP Guests never see anyone's phone numbers, emails, payments or parking (other than their own pass).

Status chips (owners and manager): All , Open , Requested , Kevin , Donnie .
Category chips : Everything , NFL , Concerts , Other .
Show past includes events that already happened this season. Your choice is remembered on this device. Earlier seasons always show their past events.
The Season picker (owners and manager) switches between the six contract seasons. A season runs from March through the following February.
Reading an event row
Events are grouped by month. Tap any row to open its event page.
Colored stripe on the left : blue is Kevin's, green is Donnie's, dashed purple means someone has requested it. No stripe means it's open.
Status pill on the right: Kevin Donnie Open Kevin requested Declined
Category tag under the title shows the event type. Concerts also show a stage button (End stage , Center stage or Stage TBD ) that opens the stage layout.
Seats filled out of 10, and parking passes assigned out of 2. They turn green when full. Guests see their own parking lot here instead.
Final shows the score with a W or L for games that have been played.
Sharing seats means the owner is open to sharing, and Kevin out of town flags that an owner won't be around.
Away trips have a striped gray background. Past events are faded.
Owners see a Request button on upcoming open events. More
Season scoreboard and fair share
The panel at the top of the calendar keeps the split even, following the participation agreement.
Top tiles : how many events Kevin and Donnie each have this season, how many upcoming events are still open, and how many requests are waiting. Tap a tile to filter the list to those events. Tap it again to clear.
Category cards for NFL games, Concerts and Other events show a bar split between Kevin (blue) and Donnie (green), with the rest open. Tap a card to show only that category.
Fair share is half of a category's events, rounded up. Declined events and the away trip don't count.
Under each name you'll see how many more you can take (2 left ) or At fair share .
You can still request an event after reaching your fair share. The other owner will see a warning with your request. When you both want the same event, priority alternates each year.
Notifications
The bell shows a red count when events were added that you haven't marked read. That includes events the other owner added and ones found by the weekly event check.
Unread events appear in a panel at the top of the page. Tap View to open one, Mark read to clear it, or Mark all read .
Each notice shows whether Kevin and Donnie have read it, so you know the other person has seen it.
Tap the bell any time to see the 15 most recent additions from the last four months. Tap Close to hide the panel.
Adding an event
Tap + Add event above the list.
Pick the Event type . Buccaneers and Playoff games count as NFL games. Concerts and Festivals count as Concerts. USF Bulls, Bowl games, Soccer, Motorsports and Other count as Other events. Away trip is tracked separately.
Enter the name, date, and time (or TBA).
Add the Ticket price per guest if guests pay. Leave it blank for free events.
For concerts and festivals, choose the Stage layout if you know it.
Optionally paste the event page link, choose who it's Assigned to (or leave it Open), and add notes.
Tap Add event . The other owner gets a notification.
New events have 10 seats and 2 parking passes. Away trips get 2 seats and no parking.
Events you add yourself have a Remove event button at the bottom of their event page. Tap it twice to confirm.
Event page overview
Tap any event to open its page. What you see depends on your role and on who has the event. Everything saves as you go.
The header
Team logos (or show art), the event type, the title, date and time.
Event type : owners can tap the type tag to change it. Switching to or from Away trip resets the seat and parking counts.
Ticket price : owners and the manager can tap it to add or change the per-guest price. Press Enter to save or Escape to cancel.

Sections, top to bottom
Each section heading has a ? that jumps to its instructions here.
NFL games (Buccaneers and playoffs)
Buccaneers home games : suite tickets come with the suite, so there's no Stadium tickets section. Just fill the guest list and parking.
Playoff games : tickets are bought separately. Use Stadium tickets to record how many were ordered and when they were paid.
After the game, the final score appears on the row and the event page with a W or L.
NFL games count toward the NFL fair share. More
Concerts and festivals
Where you'll sit
End stage : the stage is at one end of the field and blocks the view from the suite. You get club seats for the show and still have the suite.
Center stage : the stage is mid-field and the suite has a clear view.
Stage layout not confirmed : check with suite services closer to the date.
Tap View stage map on the event page, or the stage button on the calendar row, to see the Ticketmaster seat map. The dark block marked STAGE is the stage. The suites sit along the sideline.
Event details
Opening acts, gate time, show time, when parking lots open, good-to-know notes and, when it's known, the setlist (tap Setlist to expand it). Whoever takes a concert pays its ticket price.
Concert tickets are bought separately, so track them under Stadium tickets .
Other events
USF Bulls games, bowl games, soccer, motorsports and anything else.
USF Bulls tickets come with the suite, like Buccaneers games, so there's no Stadium tickets section.
For bowl games, soccer, motorsports and other events, record ticket orders under Stadium tickets .
All of these count toward the Other events fair share.
Away trip
The away trip is a road game, not a suite event. It shows with a striped gray background on the calendar and has 2 seats and no parking passes. It doesn't count toward fair share, and there's no catering, stadium tickets or suite sharing for it. Use the guest list to record who's going.
Who has it: requesting and approving
Requesting an open event
Tap Request on the calendar row, or Request for Kevin (or Donnie) on the event page.
The event shows Kevin requested and waits for the other owner.
Five minutes after you request, the other owner gets a text, unless you withdraw it or it's approved first. The event page shows the exact time.
Changed your mind? Tap Withdraw my request , then tap again to confirm.
If you're already at your fair share for that category, you'll see a warning. You can still ask, and the other owner will see it too.
Answering a request
Open the event and tap Approve for Donnie (or Kevin) or Decline . Requests waiting are counted in the scoreboard tile, and the Requested filter lists them all.
Admin override
A Super Admin can tap Approve (admin override) on their own request without waiting. The event page notes that it was approved by admin override.
Assigning directly
Owners can tap Assign (or Edit ) to set the event to Open , Kevin , Donnie or Declined . Declined means neither of you is using the suite, and it no longer counts toward fair share. Tap Done to close the picker.
The Suite Manager can see this section but can't change assignments. Past events can't be requested.
Out of town
On any event page, set yourself to In town or Away . When you're away, the calendar row shows Kevin out of town so the other owner knows they may be able to use the suite or your seats. A Super Admin can set this for both owners.
Suite use: sharing seats
This section appears once an event belongs to Kevin or Donnie.
If the event is yours
Choose Private use or Open to sharing seats . Sharing adds a Sharing seats tag on the calendar.
When the other owner asks for seats, tap Give 2 seats (or however many) or Decline .
After giving seats, you can Take back them. Given seats come out of your 10.
If the event is the other owner's
If it's open to sharing, use the − and + buttons to pick how many seats, then tap Request seats .
While you wait you can Cancel . A Super Admin can approve with an admin override.
Once approved, your own guest list for those seats appears below. Fill it the same way.
Catering
Status : owners and the manager set Not ordered yet , Ordered or Not needed . The page shows who changed it and when.
Catering contact : who's handling the food order. Names from your guest book are suggested as you type.
Suite Catering opens the preorder site and copies your catering username, so you can paste it at the login. The button appears only if Kevin turned on catering for you in Access.
VIP Guests and Guests see the status and contact but can't change them.
Stadium tickets
For concerts, playoff games and other events where the suite must buy tickets. Buccaneers and USF games don't have this section because tickets come with the suite.
Set Tickets ordered with − and + or type the number. The cost is the count times the ticket price. If there's no price yet, tap set ticket price .
When you've paid the stadium, tap Mark paid . Confirm the date, amount and card.
Leave Add to my accounting checked to log the payment in your private accounting (only for your own events).
Tap Confirm paid . Tap Undo later if needed, which also removes the accounting entry.
If you change the ticket count after paying, a warning shows the difference.
How it ties to the guest list
Seat numbers on the guest list turn green when a ticket covers them and red when they don't. Guests without a ticket get a Request more tickets tag, and a banner says how many more to order.
Owners edit the order for their own events, unassigned events, or any event as Super Admin. The manager can view it.
Guest list
The heading shows how many of the 10 seats are filled across both owners. The owner who has the event, or who was given shared seats, manages their own list.
Adding guests
Type a name in the next empty seat.
People from your guest book pop up as you type. Use the arrow keys or tap one to pick them.
For someone new, optional Company, Cell and Email boxes appear. Leave Save to guest book for future events checked to remember them.
Press Enter or tap Add . Someone who's already on a list can't be added twice.
Working with each guest
Status : To Be Invited Awaiting Reply Confirmed Declined . A summary above the list counts each.
Payment : tap the Free button to cycle to Owes , then Paid . Totals for Charged, Collected and Still owed appear below the list.
Custom price : when a guest owes or has paid, a $ box shows their price. Change it to charge them more or less. Clear it to go back to the regular price.
Ticket sent : tap the ticket icon once you've sent their ticket.
Reorder : drag the handle, or focus it and use the up and down arrow keys. Seat order matters when fewer tickets are ordered than guests.
Edit : fix the name, or tap × to remove the guest. Escape cancels.
Alternates and declines
The Alternates tab is your backup list. Tap Move to Guest List when a seat opens.
Setting a guest to Declined moves them to the Declined tab. If the list was full and you have alternates, you'll be asked whether to see them.
From Declined, tap Back to Guest List (or Move to Alternates if the list is full).
Seeing other lists
Owners and the manager see both owners' lists with company, contact info, payment and ticket status, plus alternates and declines.
VIP Guests and Guests see guest names and RSVP status only.
Parking passes
Each event has 2 passes, normally one for Lot 4-VIP and one for Lot B .
The owner with the event types the driver's name and picks the lot. The pass saves when you press Enter or move to another field.
Tap the ticket icon once you've sent the pass. Tap to change the driver or lot, or × to clear it.
If the driver's name matches a VIP Guest's or Guest's name on guest lists in Access, the pass shows up for them automatically under Your parking pass and on their calendar row.
The other owner and the manager can see who has each pass.
Share with guests (guest update)
Makes a ready-to-send message for your guests with the event, date and time, suite number, gate time, who's coming with their status, parking, and a stadium info link. End-stage concerts include a note about the club seats.
Optionally check Show who still owes for their ticket .
Tap Make guest update . The text is copied for you.
Paste it into a text or email.
Guests can't open this page from a public link, so the update is the easy way to keep everyone informed. To give someone a live view instead, use a share link. More
Shared notes
A notes box at the bottom of each event page for arrival time, food order, who's bringing what, and so on. Owners can edit it and it saves as you type. The manager can read it.
Guest book
Your private contact list. Donnie keeps his own, and neither of you can see the other's.
Tap Guest book at the top of the page.
Search by name, company, cell, email or notes.
+ Add person adds someone with first and last name, company, cell and email.
Tap a name to open their card. Edit their details, add notes (drink order, parking needs, kids' names) and tap Save .
The card lists every event they're on, including alternates, declines and parking, with their status and payment. Tap an event to jump to it.
Remove from guest book (tap twice) deletes the contact. It doesn't remove them from event lists.
Guests you add to an event with "Save to guest book" checked are added here automatically.
Share links
A share link gives someone a view-only look at part of the schedule without signing in.
Share the schedule
Tap Share at the top of the page.
Choose whether to Show unassigned events , and whether to Only show your events (turn it off to include the other owner's).
Tap Create link , then Copy link and send it by text or email.
Share one event
On the event page, tap . Choose whether to show guest names, then create the link. It opens straight to that event and shows nothing else.
Good to know
Links never show contact info, payments or parking.
Under Links you've shared , tap Remove link twice to turn a link off right away.
For an ongoing view of a whole schedule, a schedule PIN may be easier. Kevin sets those up in Access.
Accounting
Your private record of money paid to Raymond James. Only you can see it. Donnie keeps his own.
Pick a season, or All seasons , at the top.
The tiles show Paid to Raymond James , Collected from guests (guests marked Paid on your own events) and Your net cost , with totals by category below.
Record a payment
Fill in the date, amount and category (Suite contract, Concert tickets, Playoff tickets, Game tickets, Catering, Parking or Other).
Choose the card under Paid with . Pick + Add a payment method to add a new one.
Optionally link one of your events and add a description and notes, such as an invoice number.
Tap Add payment .
Tap on a payment to change it, or Delete twice to remove it. Manage saved cards under Payment methods .
Stadium ticket payments marked paid on your events can be added here automatically. More
Managing access (Super Admin)
Add someone
Tap Access at the top of the page.
Type their name and cell number, pick a role, and tap Add .
Tell them to go to suite.kevinhancock.com and sign in with that number. Nothing is texted until they try to sign in.
People with access
Role : change it any time.
Suite Owner : choose who they act as (Kevin or Donnie) and whether they're a Super Admin.
Name on guest lists (VIP Guests and Guests): must match how their name is typed on guest lists. That's how they see their events and parking passes.
Catering turns on the Suite Catering button for that person. Enter their catering username so it's copied when they open the site.
Remove (tap twice) takes away their access.
Public schedule PINs
Each owner can have a 5-digit PIN. Anyone who enters it on the I have a PIN tab sees that owner's events and open events: dates, times and event details only. Saving a new PIN signs out everyone using the old one. Until a PIN is set, that view is off.
Weekly event check
Creates the import key the weekly event check uses to add new stadium events. The key is shown only once, so paste it into the check's instructions where it says IMPORT_KEY.
Move data from the old page
A one-time import of the suite-export.json file from the claude.ai version: events, guest lists, stage maps, logos and your guest book. Run it only once.
Preview as another role (Super Admin)
Use the View as menu at the top of the page to see the page as the other owner, the Suite Manager, a VIP Guest or a Guest. A banner reminds you that you're previewing, and changes are turned off. Choose your own name to go back.
In Guest preview you'll see all assigned events. A real guest only sees events whose guest list includes their name.

Troubleshooting
"No access yet" after signing in. Your number isn't on the access list. Ask Kevin to add it, then tap Use a different number and sign in again.
The text with my code didn't arrive. Check that the number is right and wait a minute. Then tap Use a different number and try again.
"That change wasn't saved. Your access level can't make that change." Your role doesn't allow that change. Ask Kevin if you think it should.
"Couldn't save that change." Check your connection and try again.
I'm a guest and don't see an event I'm invited to. Your name on the guest list must match your name on guest lists in Access. Ask the owner who invited you to check the spelling.
My parking pass isn't showing. The driver name on the pass must match your name on guest lists.
I can't find an event that already happened. Turn on Show past , or pick an earlier season.
There's no Request button. Only owners can request, and only upcoming events that are still open.
No topics match that search.
